Using and Updating the Smith Alumnae Directory

The AASC has a database of Alumnae data that is available to all Smith Alumnae. It's especially useful to your class officers because we can send emails to anyone whose email is in the Alumnae database using the College's "blast email" capability. Sending individual or group emails from personal mail systems is time-consuming and usually frustrating. Email will lower our postage costs for class mailings and allow us to follow Smith's recommendation to "go green".

Only class officers can use the "blast email" function.

To add your email address or other information into the directory,click to access the AASC website to change or add information about yourself, browse the Alumnae Directory or create a permanent Smith email (yourid@alumnae.smith.edu).

If you don't have a username and password for that system (it's not the same as our website), click on (New User) and follow the instructions or you can enter your username and password.

Once you are logged into the system, you can choose one of the functions on the left side of the screen: change your profile information (name, address, add or change email), search the Alumnae directory or get a permanent email address.
